Purposes and Legal Bases for Data Processing in the Service

Your Activity in the Service, including your personal data, is recorded in system logs. Information collected in logs is processed primarily for purposes related to service provision. We also process it for technical, administrative purposes, for the needs of ensuring IT system security and managing this system, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes – in this scope, the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
§ 5. Registration in the Service

During registration in the Service, you will be asked to provide data necessary to create and operate an account. To facilitate service, you may provide additional data, thereby consenting to their processing. Such data can be deleted at any time. Providing data marked as mandatory is required to create and operate an account, and failure to provide them will mean that we cannot create your account. Providing other data is voluntary.

If the Service allows logging in via other portals such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, Twitter, Apple), the Service will only retrieve from your account within the given portal the data necessary for registration and account operation. By independently changing the plugin settings, you can easily extend the scope of retrieved data to include those that may be useful when using account functionalities in the Service.
§ 6. Using Paid Services in the Service

§ 7. Marketing
- We process your personal data for marketing activities, which may consist of:

displaying marketing content corresponding to your interests (behavioral advertising);

sending email notifications about interesting offers or content, which in some cases contain commercial information (newsletter service)

For marketing activities, in some cases we use profiling (if you consent to it). This means that thanks to automatic data processing, we evaluate selected factors concerning natural persons in order to analyze their behavior or create forecasts for the future.
§ 8. Newsletter

We provide a newsletter service on the terms specified in the regulations, only if you provide us with your email address for this purpose. Providing data is required to provide the newsletter service, and failure to provide it results in the inability to send it.

to provide the newsletter sending service – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);

in case of directing marketing content to you within the newsletter – the legal basis for processing, including profiling, is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in connection with consent to receive the newsletter;

for analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) consisting in conducting analyses of your User activity in the Service in order to improve the functionalities used;

Your Personal Data may also be used by us to direct marketing content to you through various channels, i.e., via email, MMS/SMS or telephone. We undertake such activities only if you have consented to them, which you can withdraw at any time.

We process your personal data when you visit our profiles on social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter). This data is processed solely in connection with maintaining the profile, including to inform you about our activity and promote various types of events, services and products. The legal basis for processing personal data for this purpose is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) consisting in promoting our own brand.
