   2. for analytical and statistical purposes – then the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) consisting in conducting analyses of Users' activity, as well as their preferences in order to improve the functionalities used and services provided;

   3. for the possible establishment and pursuit of claims or defense against them – the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) consisting in protecting our rights;

   4. for marketing purposes (ours and our partners), particularly related to presenting behavioral advertising – the rules for processing personal data for marketing purposes are described in the "MARKETING" section.

2. Your Activity in the Service, including your personal data, is recorded in system logs. Information collected in logs is processed primarily for purposes related to service provision. We also process it for technical, administrative purposes, for the needs of ensuring IT system security and managing this system, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes – in this scope, the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

1. During registration in the Service, you will be asked to provide data necessary to create and operate an account. To facilitate service, you may provide additional data, thereby consenting to their processing. Such data can be deleted at any time. Providing data marked as mandatory is required to create and operate an account, and failure to provide them will mean that we cannot create your account. Providing other data is voluntary.

If the Service allows logging in via other portals such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, Twitter, Apple), the Service will only retrieve from your account within the given portal the data necessary for registration and account operation. 1. We process your personal data for marketing activities, which may consist of:

   2. in case of directing marketing content to you within the newsletter – the legal basis for processing, including profiling, is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in connection with consent to receive the newsletter;

   3. for analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) consisting in conducting analyses of your User activity in the Service in order to improve the functionalities used;

   4. for the possible establishment and pursuit of claims or defense against them – the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

1. We process your personal data when you visit our profiles on social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter). This data is processed solely in connection with maintaining the profile, including to inform you about our activity and promote various types of events, services and products. The legal basis for processing personal data for this purpose is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) consisting in promoting our own brand.

In connection with this, we and other entities providing analytical and statistical services on our behalf use cookies, storing information or gaining access to information already stored in your telecommunications terminal device (computer, phone, tablet, etc.).
